Wildflower walk

I noticed people are getting into the spring mood; even my fellows up in Minnesota have had a few days of warmth here and there. of course, in Minnesota, nature likes to play dirty games and give you a day of 60, then backhand you with some snow and freezing temps. F-you nature. That’s why I moved to Texas. Not nearly the scale of horrible tricks here. Just flowers, rain, humidity, sun, and lots and lots of pollen.

  1. I lived in Austin as a kid, and still miss the wildflowers. I was shocked to see bluebonnets in northern California this year; my friends said they are “highway flowers.” Not quite – Texas wildflowers are the best! 🙂
